Trainee RTA/PI Claims Handler
Catherine is a Personal Injury Claims Handler who works across both the Employers Liability and the Road Traffic Accident (RTA) departments.
After gaining her LLB (with criminology) degree from the University of Central Lancashire in July 2016, Catherine undertook a placement with us. Six months later, Catherine was successful in securing a permanent position at Glaisyers.
Catherine specialises in our Infant compensation claims. Catherine’s areas of expertise are in accidents which have occurred at school, college or nursery, in a road traffic accident or a public place. Catherine prides herself on her ability to run these cases from the start all the way to the infant approval hearings ensuring she provides the personal service that her clients deserve along the way.
Catherine has a keen interest in Employers liability cases. She has been working hard to develop her expertise in accident at work claims and gain all the necessary skills and knowledge. She particularly enjoys taking statements in detail from her clients and providing a personal service in all her claims.
Catherine is studying the ILEX course part time at Manchester College, in order to help further her career and to become a graduate ILEX member.
Whatever their circumstances, Catherine will take the time to listen and understand her clients, providing the straightforward advice they deserve.
Outside of work Catherine spends her time with her friends and family. She also enjoys travelling, cooking and as well as attending the gym.
