A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled, diligent and energetic Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our Legal 500 ranked Commercial Litigation team working on cases spanning a wide variety of sectors.

Our team acts on behalf of a raft of lender clients and are also a go-to for many SMEs across the UK, and even internationally. This means that our firm is presented with the unique opportunity to continuously generate new leads and grow our business.

This position will provide the opportunity to develop your skills across all aspects of litigation – including but not limited to, dispute resolution, debt recovery, insolvency, finance litigation professional negligence, probate dispute and property.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification commercial litigation experience and be capable of managing their own case-load under Partner supervision, whilst supporting junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Manchester team, who have recently relocated to 6th Floor offices at 3 Hardman Street in the city’s bustling Spinningfields district.   • Nurturing strong relationships with clients, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, and ensuring they receive an exceptional service.
  • Managing a varied caseload across our SME and lender clients
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the team, and contributing to the department’s business’ development activities.


  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong academic background, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and negotiate articulately.
  • Effective team work and collaboration skills
