Jagdeep (Jag) qualified as a solicitor in June 1993. He specialises in commercial, construction and business dispute resolution and litigation. His focus is on efficient, pragmatic, practical solutions, and resolution of disputes.

He has a wealth of Litigation and Dispute Resolution experience gained over 30 years in practice, undertaking a wide breadth of defendant and claimant work to include significant and unrivalled Public Sector (PS) experience gained over 16 years with Birmingham City Council.

On leaving local government in 2014, he joined BLM as a partner responsible for Commercial Litigation as joint team leader and Abuse and Neglect (A&N) work. He was a member of the A&N Leadership Team. More formerly, before joining Glaisyers ETL Global, Jag was a Partner with Clyde & Co, and subsequently a Director and Compliance Officer with BWL.

Jag undertakes a broad range of work and without limitation to include Professional Negligence, Contract, Company/Commercial and partnership disputes. He has been engaged in numerous high-value contract and construction/procurement disputes, warranty disputes, misappropriation claims and fraud recoveries work, Housing Stock Transfer claims, ERDF grant claw-back claims involving the Department for Communities & Local Government.

Away from work, Jag is a family man with 2 grown up daughters. He enjoys time away with his family, travel to foreign climbs, and films.
