Jen graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 degree in law in 2008 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.

Jen has specialised in employment law since and is regularly instructed to represent both businesses and individuals in all types of employment tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, and whistleblowing. She also deals with all aspects of settlement agreements and the drafting of all employment contracts and policies. Jen is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, long walks with her very energetic cocker spaniel, cooking, and taking trips to Abersoch in the summer months.
