Nicola graduated from the University of Chester with a 2:1 degree in law and was subsequently awarded a Distinction upon completing the Legal Practice Course in Manchester. She qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has specialised in employment law since that time.

Nicola advises both business clients and individuals on all aspects of employment law and HR matters. She is regularly instructed to advise on various workplace issues, negotiate settlement agreements, draft employment documents and represent parties in employment tribunal litigation. Nicola also advises on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.

Nicola takes an active role in business development and has contributed to legal Q&A sessions on local radio stations.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and in her spare time, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the theatre, cooking, and travelling.
