Adrian is a Partner and Head of Glaisyers ETL Liverpool office.  In his practice as a corporate lawyer, Adrian deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate reorganisations, share schemes and commercial contracts.

He has practised corporate law for over 20 years and is known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach to corporate transactions and his clients include family offices, owner-managed businesses and management teams receiving private equity investment ahead of executing buy-and-build strategies.

Recent examples include:

• Advising the Unseen Group on its investment by Pelican Capital and numerous acquisitions pre and post investment;

• Advising the Founder of the Blume Group on its investment by Rockpool Investments and the subsequent sale to the Sun Capital Partners;

• Advising the shareholders of Garolla garage doors on its sale to Mayfair Equity Partners;

• Advising the shareholders of MPP Global Solutions Ltd on its sale to Aptitude Software;

• Advising the shareholders of Illingworth Research Group on its sale to Syneos Health;

• Advising the Logson Group on numerous acquisitions and group restructuring; and

• Advising BGF on numerous investments.

In his spare time Adrian enjoys running, cycling, cricket and football.
