He has detailed knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants in a number of sectors from retail to industrial. His clients include investors and occupiers ranging from small independent companies and organisations to national and international bodies and corporations.

He has also acted for numerous sellers and buyers in respect of multi-million pound office blocks, retail and industrial parks, as well as speculative land purchases for developers and promoters.
