Glaisyers Solicitors Costs Lawyer, Michael Fletcher, has become one of the first Chartered Legal Executives to attain CILEx Litigator and Advocate status within civil proceedings.
The extended Practice Rights allow Michael to conduct litigation and attend open Court in the County Court and Judge’s Room matters in the High and County Courts.
Michael will use his extended rights to further develop his costs law and practice offering to clients, notably within the costs budgeting, case and costs management process, meaning that clients can now instruct Glaisyers for the complete range of cost budget preparation and case management Court attendance work; together with the traditional offering of bill preparation and detailed assessment advocacy. This puts Glaisyers and Michael in a unique position in the costs law market.
