The predictions are putting Manchester’s net population growth over the next decade as high as 100,000. The Housing Crisis has been a London dominated problem thus far (no surprises there). The predicted migration to the cities does, however, raise the possibility that we are going to get a similar flavour.We are entering a new and exciting time as the developers scramble for the empty plots of land and build higher and higher. The iconic Betham Tower will, I think, always make the Manchester skyline instantly recognisable but it may have to share the limelight in the future.Look out London, Manchester’s coming for ya!
