We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Associate Solicitor to join our established Private Client team. The role focuses on probate and estate administration, alongside a varied caseload of wills, trusts and powers of attorney. The successful candidate will have significant experience with complex and high-net-worth estates, intestacy estate administration and advising business owners and their families. Ideally, they will have some exposure to Court of Protection deputyships or managing powers of attorney for individuals lacking capacity.
