By April 7, 2016January 29th, 2021For Business

WHEN a newly vacated restaurant space suddenly becomes available in the North West, there’s little doubt that Manchester’s most voracious brand, Solita, and it’s indefatigable frontman, Franco Sotgiu, haven’t already sniffed it out and sized it up long before anyone else has had but a whiff.

Our clients, Solita, are certainly keeping us on our toes with a series of strategic property and business acquisitions. The Manchester brand are diversifying and looking further abroad for their next promising site.I have recently been commenting on the revival of the satellite town’s high street. It appears that I am not the only one that predicts a resurgence in the next couple of years. We cannot wait to see what they bring us next.
